In 2019, leaders from the Town and Heritage Preservation Commission facilitated the sale of the vacant former car dealership to Rochester's Home Leasing, a housing developer experienced in both market-rate and low-income projects. Working in accordance with State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). Window Specialist Inc. embarked on restoring the building's historical beauty.
